Can I make a partial payment?
Yes, you can make a partial payment. Please keep in mind that we will not remove the facility overlock until the unit has a $0 balance.
When is my payment considered late?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We place our overlocks on all unpaid units on the 2nd or 3rd day of the month and a late fee of $20 will be charged as of the 7th.
Can you waive the late fee because (insert reason here)?
No. If we receive your payment after the 7th of the month you will need to pay the late fee regardless of the reason. Office staff is not allowed to waive late fees.
But... I tried to pay in person and no one is in the office, can I have my late fee waived now?
Again, No. We have provided several other ways to make payment and can no longer accept this as a reason to waive a late fee.
Can I pay online?

Can I store a vehicle?
Unfortunately, no, we are a mini storage, and we are unable to accommodate vehicle storage or anything that's titled through the DMV.

I love storage wars and want to know when you have auctions, when do you have them?
We advertise our auction dates and times in the legal section of The New Era newspaper.
Do you have insurance?
We insure the building, we do not insure the contents of the storage units. We always recommend that if you are going to be renting a storage unit anywhere that you get renters insurance. This can typically be purchased through your current home/auto insurance provider.
How much notice do I need to give when I move out?
We require a 15 day written notice prior to vacating your storage unit. You can send this to us via mail, email, in-person or through our drop box.
